If you have received a prescription and would like to use it for a wig, please send us a request for a call back.
The prescription can be sent to us by post or by email.
Please send your contact information, including your own photo for new customers, to peruecken@live.de.
We will send a cost estimate to your health insurance company and advise you on the entire process.
Advice on your wig will be given by telephone or video consultation.
You will then receive your individual selection of wigs.
You keep what you like and send the rest of the goods back to us together with the original prescription signed on the back.
You will then receive an invoice for any co-payment and the additional products you ordered.
