If you have received a prescription and wish to use it to cover the cost of a wig, please submit a callback request to us.
The prescription can be sent to us by mail or email.
Please include your contact information; for new customers, a photo of yourself is also welcome at kontakt@peruecken-welt.de.
We will send a cost estimate to your health insurance company and advise you throughout the entire process.
Consultation regarding your wig will take place by phone or video consultation.
Afterwards, you will receive your individual selection of wigs.
You keep what you like and send the remaining items back to us along with the original prescription signed on the back.
Subsequently, you will receive an invoice for any co-payment and the additional products ordered.
