Step by Step to Your Perfect Wig
Send recipe
Simply send us a photo of the front and the signed back of your prescription. We will handle the billing with your health insurance provider for you – straightforward and reliable.
Place an order
You can quietly select up to 4 desired models for viewing and order them easily on account – we will automatically offset the cost coverage from your health insurance, and you only pay your co-payment, if any applies. We are also happy to make a pre-selection for you: Fill out the Wig Assistant and we will put together a personal model selection for you.
Fitting
After delivery, you have 7 days to try on the wig(s) in the comfort of your home. A short email is sufficient to receive the return label. Only keep your favorites – we're happy to help with any questions.
