Structure of the Shirley Lace Wig

This synthetic hair wig impresses with its modern short haircut and slightly curly hair, which gives the wig the necessary volume. The special highlight for a very natural look is the innovative film front, also known as lace front. Thanks to the tapered knotting, this fine material looks like a real hairline and makes the edge of the wig appear almost invisible. This wig is available in the standard size, which offers an ideal fit and a secure hold if your head has a circumference of 54-56 cm.

Care of the Shirley Lace Wig

Place your wig in a bowl of lukewarm water and add some wig shampoo to protect and care for synthetic hair. As a rule of thumb, you should use about one capful of special shampoo per liter of water. Please do not use hair shampoo for natural hair (not even baby shampoo). The ingredients in classic hair shampoo are not suitable for synthetic fibers.

Allow the shampoo to work for about 20 minutes. To do this, simply leave the wig in the water bath without moving it. The solution in the special shampoo has a self-cleaning effect that unfolds in the water bath. Important: Do not rub or wring the wig in the water bath!

After a quarter of an hour, remove the wig from the water bath. To do this, you can move it gently in the water for a short moment. Rinse the synthetic hair with cold water before placing your wig in a second care bath.

Put the wig in a fresh bath of cold water with some conditioner and let it work again. This time, a shorter exposure time of around 15 minutes is completely sufficient. The wig does not need to be moved when using conditioner, but you can gently and carefully work the solution into the hair with your fingertips so that the protective conditioner also reaches the deeper layers of the hair.

Rinse the synthetic hair wig again under cold water. To dry the wig, dab it with a towel using only light pressure. Please never rub, wring or comb the synthetic hair when it is wet! After dabbing with the towel, please place the wig directly on a wig stand if you want the wig to dry as quickly as possible. Simply let the synthetic hair air dry there. The wig will shape itself as it dries.
