The synthetic hair was hand-tied onto the monofilament in the upper part of the head and machine-sewn onto the weft on cotton ribbons in the lower part. The monofilament makes it look like natural hair growing directly from the scalp. This means the wig is perfectly hidden. Outsiders will not notice that you are wearing one. Thanks to the stretchy, breathable material, Maya fits perfectly to standard head circumferences of 54-56cm (size M) without pinching or slipping.

Care and Cleaning of the Maya

This is also a synthetic hair wig. Therefore, synthetic hair care products are recommended for any treatment to ensure long-lasting suppleness and durability. The wig is placed in a lukewarm water bath with a small amount of shampoo for 10 minutes. The shampoo cleans itself. It is then rinsed out and treated with conditioner in the water bath. After further rinsing, the Maya is dried in the air, ideally on a wig stand.

Regular use of a conditioner ensures shine and suppleness.

Since the synthetic hair is sensitive to heat, it cannot be styled with electrical devices such as a hair dryer or curling iron. However, the hair can be tied up or braided. Thanks to the monofilament, you can pull the parting in different directions.
