What is the Icone Lace made of?

The Icone Lace is a weft wig and therefore falls into the inexpensive category. It is made of well-tolerated, realistic-looking synthetic hair fibers that are incorporated into cotton bands on the weft. This makes the wig very lightweight and offers optimal comfort, not least thanks to its breathability and stretchability. This makes the Icone Lace the ideal everyday companion for head circumferences of 54-56cm (size M), even in midsummer.

Another feature of the Icone Lace is the lace front, which is mentioned in the name. The fine, almost invisible film base is located on the forehead and ensures a transparent transition from the wig base to the scalp. This means that the bangs can even be combed in different directions, which expands the styling options a little.

The synthetic hair is shoulder-length and curls towards the tips to increase volume and add movement. The parting is slightly offset and the bangs are slightly curved and run along the eyes without restricting vision.

What care and cleaning instructions should be observed for the Icone Lace?

Since these are purely synthetic hair fibers and are sensitive to heat, styling and drying with a hairdryer, curling iron or straightening iron is not recommended, as this can damage the structure. The wig is placed in 1 liter of lukewarm water with a small amount of shampoo for synthetic hair as often as necessary and as little as possible. After 10 minutes, it is rinsed with lukewarm water and the water bath process with conditioner is repeated. After rinsing again, the wig is left to air dry. The wig regains its shape more quickly on a wig stand. And the hair also returns to its original style, as this is firmly incorporated into the structure.

By regularly using a conditioner, which is simply sprayed onto dry hair, you can provide additional and optimal care for your hair to maintain its shine and suppleness.
